22 million seems paltry to me. When you intentionally burn 5 train cars of Agent Orange in the open air, with fumes blanketing thousands, the health of the people in the area will be affected. 20 years from now there will still be a solid line drawn between this accident and cancer, respiratory, and central nervous system maladies within the area.

I guess that was too extreme so they used a train instead. Did they derail it? Probably no, but they did sit back and do nothing while letting it stew in its own juices to take its toll on the surrounding area and its citizens.
