According to a Telegram channel that purports to track the health of the Russian president, Vladimir Putin experienced a “health crisis” in the middle of the night.
The General SVR channel reports that the 69-year-old experienced “extreme sickness” early Saturday morning. For around three hours medical personnel were summoned to his bedside.
The channel reported that Putin has now recovered but would hire a body double for meetings this week or create televised appearances using “deep fake” technology.
This report comes only a few days after the spy head for Ukraine claimed that Putin’s decoy was used on a state visit to Iran.
Putin’s health has been a source of controversy and speculation, causing “experts” to try and determine if a gravely ill Putin is a good thing or a very dangerous one for the rest of the world.
