Funny how the MSM is trying to knock down both front-runners with supposed inevitable impossibility of winning. If Jeb and Hillary had Trump and Bernie’s poll numbers, do you think we’d be seeing this eeyore crap?
Too bad they didn’t put “loose cannon” on the list. Then we’d have found out if Trump is electable.

There is nothing democratic about socialism. It is thieves voting to rob the townspeople.
The terms a generally well-qualified person to be president and socialist are mutually exclusive.
Norman Thomas ran for President 6 times as a socialist and he never won, so what makes Bernie think he can do any better than Norman Thomas did. I don’t think the American people would ever freely elect a socialist as President, but they could be seduced into it with a phony like obummer or God forbid shrillary. We’re not a bunch of sheepish Europeans yet, and hopefully never will be, thank God.
Yeah, but a couple of generations of liberal indoctrination may have altered the odds considerably.
Had Gallup added ‘Progressive’ to the list, the outcome would be totally different. Don’t see conservative on the Gallup list either.

please elaborate exactly how a “democratic socialist” is any different than “progressive?”
And exactly what is a “democratic socialist” because democracy is majority rule (mob rule). This nation is technically a representative republic, the election system is set up to prevent mob rule.
So, Bernie is saying he is a mob rule socialist? Whatever the mob of mooches votes to take from or do to the producers is what they do? Yeah that’s the democrat party.
