As a little girl, I used to do the twist for 10 pennies when my stingy Aunt Marcille and Crazy Uncle Bob visited. I bet they would’ve ponied up a quarter a piece for these three gals.
I haven’t moved like that since I hit that patch of ice by the garage last winter.
For some reason I remember that video, but I don’t think I was on the site until 2010 or ’11. None the less, that is some incredible flexibility and strength, but gaawwwd is it painful to watch.
What’s the big deal? I can do that with a cigarette and a glass of scotch.

MY flex got up and left long ago. Used to do hand springs and front air flips. Have rods and screws in my back now. Where are the ross sisters today??
I threw out my back picking up a full bucket a few weeks ago.
