A man with multiple sexually transmitted and communicable diseases has been sentenced to six years for urinating in his coworkers’ water bottles, resulting in the victims contracting herpes simplex 1 and hepatitis A.
According to reports, the man has been identified as Lucio Catarino Diaz and he was sentenced on Tuesday, March 18th, after pleading guilty to an aggravated assault with deadly weapon charge. Prosecutors said that Diaz has already served more than two years behind bars and will become eligible for parole after serving three years of his six-year sentence.
