Surveillance footage showed a group of teens break into a Wisconsin Range Rover dealership last week. The group is suspected to be a part of a crime ring based out of Chicago.
According to the video footage, there were nine masked suspects who stole nine vehicles with an estimated worth totaling over $500,000. More

2 things I really like about this bill; using social media or your buddies in concert for retail theft, and porch pirates stealing merchandise over $40 in value, both felonies.
They used to hang people for horse theft, it’s time in these type of vehicle thefts over 500 K to hang them as well.

It’s too bad that those stolen vehicles weren’t old fashioned Land Rovers with manual transmissions. They would’ve never been able to steal them that way.
Car dealerships will have to start removing the batteries from their inventory.
The message here is being missed. There’s no longer anything of value to steal in their hood. So they are coming to yours. Prepare appropriately.

You got that right. I bought wife a new one in 2005, I think. We traded in on a Mercedes at 11 months for a GL500. Which was a rock solid vehicle.

They need to hang people for ID theft now. People work hard to get and keep their good name and lowlifes can steal it in seconds. To the gallows.
If they brought back hanging for crimes against people and property I can pretty much guarantee that after a few hangings that these crimes would be greatly reduced.
