   I have seen both piebald and melanistic deer within 2 miles of my home in MD. We also have a rather large population of melanistic gray squirrels.

18. Beautiful! I’d make a pet out of him on our farm. I used to have a Guernsey female calf that would follow me all over the pasture. I fed her when young and she grew up thinking I was her second mother, I guess.
