    NYC would have never prosecuted that worthless, protected-class hoodrat trash.

    Bet in his country of origin, the older guy has been in enough knife fights over the years to know just how and when to skillfully terminate a threat. It’s great how he faked out that punk who didn’t expect a perfectly timed, accurate, deadly force maneuver from an old man.

  11. Went to NYC a few yrs ago. It was beginning it’s run downhill. New strip clubs opening in Times Square, etc. Once was enough.

    Brad, Mr. Beachmom is going to SF in Sept for work. I didn’t even wait for him to ask me to go. No way. He’s the cost estimator on repairs and new construction on the piers next to Fishermen’s Wharf so he has to go.
    Liberals ruin everything they touch.

    A. it’s S.F. your hubby can milk this gig until you have great great grandchildren.

    B. No way am I endorsing sending anyone to S.F.

    C. There are plenty of fine places to stay in Marin. Hubs drives over the bridge just like everyone else in the morning while you drive north or west. Or he takes the ferry. I used to that.

    D. the ONLY reason to be in SF is to eat. Astoundingly good meals available for every price bracket. Other stuff? USF has a nice cathedral…no point in going to the museum of modern art….sucks.

    And that’s about it. Fishermans wharf is garish and touristy, everything south of it is undergoing perpetual renovation. Ball park is dinky. …get this…. you can go to the Walt Disney family museum in the presido…..ha ha he hehe ahem.

    But the food is great. Just stay out of fishermans wharf. All the food except the clam chowder is drenched in butter and olive oil.

This website’s ‘INSTACART’ ad and the people running it should know that ‘INSTACART’ is a scam outfit in league with George Soros, as are online retailers such as Klarna, Kroger, CVS, Walgreens, Sephora, Bed Bath & Beyond, Target, Walmart, Macys, Abercrombie & Fitch, AT&T, TMobile, Verizon, AOL, Ben & Jerry, Western Union, eBay, Amazon, Vitacost, and others. The bogus online food deliverer ‘INSTACART’ sticks shoppers with additional charges on their cards for no legit reason and unknown to those shoppers. BBB and FTC complaints report that when they question the unapproved charges by ‘INSTACART’ which can range anywhere from $20-$50, unsuspecting shopper are told by the online food deliverer the extra charges are for “just in case” any shopper “changes their mind” (???) regarding an item. ‘INSTACART’ has been cited by the FTC and BBB and fined for theft and fraud. The bogus ‘INSTACART’ ad should be removed from here.

  20. Here in MA, and possibly in NY and other states, there is no affirmative defense for using a knife to defend oneself. Use of a firearm in the case provided would be defensible in court. Never a knife, and never for a male …especially ‘white’ ones.
