You can’t blame Whoopie for this. DOCTOR Jill and the whole Biden camp deliberately obfuscate on this. Most random folks don’t know that DOCTOR Jill Biden isn’t a medical doctor because ordinary random people only call real doctors “Doctor.” PhD’s and people with a doctorate in education are generally only referred to as Doctor by students (if they are professors). The Bidens’ insistence on always referring to her as DOCTOR Jill Biden is a way to make her sound more distinguished and important than she really is.
If anything, Whoopie’s whoopsie only called attention to how disingenuous the Bidens are.

Actually the Ph.D. Doctor (Germany) predates the Medical Doctor! The original medical doctors were called barbers as they both cut hair and bled sick patients as most every serious illness was believed to have been effected by bad blood! Remember George Washington was being bled when he died!!
