One cannot help but see and feel this Memorial Day 2022 that America’s light has dimmed with our country’s leadership losing its way on many fronts and even betraying the people. So, it is fitting to reflect on our past and rediscover the threads that not only hold us together, but also provide strength to the patchwork of our national fabric to withstand the storms ahead. That paragraph is absolutely right, IF YOU LOVE AMERICA! If you hate America, as liberals have for at lest 70 years – probably longer- it is “disinformation”!
I used to live only a few miles from the American Cemetery near Cambridge, England. I’d go there often and usually alone. I would tear up every time as I walked between the rows of the nearly four thousand GIs buried there. Their sacrifice overwhelms me.
We have a Memorial Day and a Labor day, to salute those that labored & built, and those that gave all, to make this the best country on the planet.
Please note the absence of “Politicians Day” because no shady lawyer ever contributed a fucking thing.
The only place a Politicians Day would be celebrated would be in Hell. So many corrupt politicians end up there.
