On November 27, 2020, Carter Page filed a lawsuit seeking over $75 million in damages for the “unjustified and illegal actions” relating to the “submission of four false and misleading warrant applications to engage in electronic surveillance of Dr. Page, ostensibly pursuant to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA).”

When a $70k conference table is redacted as nat’l security, certainly spying on anyone in Trump’s orbit is fair game.
National security holds as much validity as racism or Nazi these days. It’s all a farce.
Of course they will move to dismiss it, a motion to dismiss pretty much standard procedure for any major suit. The question is will the court grant the motion?
