Oreo cookies, a division of international foods giant Nabisco, announced yesterday a “special” LGBT edition that includes lectures about how to use transgender pronouns.
“We’re proud to celebrate inclusivity for all gender identities and expressions,” the company wrote in its Facebook post announcing the change. “In partnership with NCTE, we’re giving away special edition Pronoun Packs and encouraging everybody to share their pronouns with Pride today and every day.”
Since Oreos are vegan friendly, I wonder if these are available in majority Muslim countries?

Nabisco has been fuckin’ us for years through our kids (well, ok, I confess, they drew me in too) with all the versions of this cookie. I’m reading this before heading out the door to the supermarket having Oreos on my list as well as the rest. They used to be fuckin’ delicious in cold milk. For me now…….they suck. Let’s buy Hydrox instead…..the original and the first.

I will personally boycott anything made by Nabisco from now on. The last Oreos I bought were for my dad since he liked them. No more, I hardly ever buy cookies at the store anymore or make them at home so it’s no big loss to me. I do like sugar crème cookies though and very good ginger snaps and snickerdoodles. When we were kids one of my mom’s uncles when he visited always brought homemade ginger snaps delivered in his 1948 Studebaker Champion.

I’d love to see a major grocery chain tell Nabisco to stuff it and not buy or sell any Nabisco products ever again.
