A woman in Danville, Virginia was expecting a delivery from Lowes. When a white man and a black man showed up to make the delivery, the woman refused to let the black guy into her house and called Lowes and requested a white guy.
Lowes honored her request!
I thought I’d heard it all.
But as ridiculous as this sounds, this is exactly what that idiot, Eugene Robinson, was advocating. He was the one who said it would be a great idea if black people could request black cops to handle any business between the law and themselves.

Some “folk’s” are saying this Woman is a racist but how can anyone assume this to be true. Everyday our News agencies tell us that crime is on the rise, blacks killing at all time high rates, rapes, assaults. Mayhem is rampant. Maybe this woman is afraid for he safety. That is not be racist.
I wouldn’t let any men in my house black or white when I’m alone. I have a conceal carry gun but this is just asking for trouble. They might have got the job just to case people’s houses. I’m sure the delivery men from most large chain stores come and go all the time. What a crappy job.
How much more interesting would this story be if Obama was one of the delivery team? “Yes, Lowe’s? Please send someone who is not white on the inside and black on the outside.”

We don’t know the whole story. We do not know her motivation. Maybe the customer was robbed or beaten or worse by a black man. She is under no obligation to tell us.
Is she racist? We don’t know that either. All we have is this one instance. If you want to see a racist, look no further than the office of the president.
When I sold all my stuff on Craig’s list, a number of women wouldn’t come into my house.
They insisted I bring the stuff out to the driveway.
But I don’t think Lowes should have given in to the woman’s demand.
They could have said, “these are our employees. If they aren’t satisfactory you can arrange to have it delivered some other way on your own dime.”

Diversity and Inclusion are core values at Lowes.
So why aren’t they diverse enough to include this customer in their core values?
Under no circumstances should a discriminatory delivery be honored as it is inconsistent with our diversity and inclusion core values.
A diverse inclusion would also deliver to discriminatory customers.

I had a Bedroom set delivered about six months ago from Bob’s Furniture.. A Mexican and a Black guy show up.. Hi Mr. Moe. We’ll set the whole thing up for you, just let us know the bed height and where you want the chest of drawers, night stand etc.
I let them know. They were neat, fast, and professional. They had a good job and respected it. They worked for Bob’s Furniture. I could see that they enjoyed what they were doing.
I tipped them well. I don’t think they were casing the joint. That is pure paranoia. People watch too much fucking television
