Mother of two who died while handcuffed in backseat of patrol car after sheriff’s deputy who arrested her crashed into Tennessee River

Meigs County Sheriff’s Deputy Robert ‘RJ’ Leonard had arrested Smith on Wednesday evening after he responded to a report of a man and a woman fighting on a bridge at around 10 p.m Wednesday.
It was the new deputy’s first arrest ever. The two were later found after the patrol car went into a local pond.
On Thursday morning, a vehicle filled with mud was located in the Tennessee River. It was upside down with wheels up, and the driver-side window was down.
Agencies across the state are still investigating the incident, but Johnson said the deputy appeared to be texting and talking on the radio while driving in a treacherous road.

I just read on FB something else coming out of Tennessee, a Memphis mother who does Brazilian waxes had her 5 year old daughter waxing women, shared pictures online of the child doing it and bragged she was teaching her daughter and that she waxed 24 “clients” making $744 for the day.

This was Meigs County just south of Knoxville. We actually have a problem with people driving off boat ramps around here, lots of waterways, they’re usually part of what draws people to the area. Oak Ridge alone, the boathouse where my daughter used to row out of? Six submerged vehicles discovered two years ago, one had a missing little old lady.
This happened just days after (also in Knoxville) a career criminal (Kenneth DeHart) shot and murdered one deputy and also shot and wounded another. Knoxville is hurting a bit right now.
Two days ago family of the murdered deputy released the body cam footage to shut up the idiots defending DeHart. Yep, there’s always bleeding hearts out there who would rather second guess the police and dig deep to try to find any reason why someone would shoot a deputy once, step out of the vehicle, shoot him again as he lay on his back, shoot his partner, and then run over the first deputy with his car.
Pray for us, we are not okay. I’m afraid the race baiters and Antifa are going to come and try to tear this city apart for exposure as DeHarts trial gets started.
