With that said, I love the sheriff where I live. He has banned masks for the employees of his department, and any member of the public who enters a sheriff’s facility is required to remove their mask or leave.
Nashville’s pin-head, pea brained mayor Chicken Coop has applied pressure on the surrounding adjacent counties to reinstate their mask mandates. Starting tonight at midnight masks are required in three of the counties, through the end of the year. Once again proving that inside every liberal is a totalitarian screaming to get out. Piss me off!!
@Margot – Metro is Metropolitan Nashville Davidson County. The city and county merged most public services for revenue and efficiency purposes fifty years ago or so..

These are gutless cops that have decided to stomp all over your Constitutional Rights in order to save their pension. Screw it. Defund them.

I don’t wear them
My daughter and son in law and 2 daughters live in Pleasant View, Tn. in Cheatham County just outside of Nashville. I wonder if they’re one of the counties affected by this unconstitutional order of offended liberals requiring people to wear masks at least until the end of the year. More politically correct bs that needs to be squashed like a bug before it spreads any further.
I’m not anti-police, but I’ve never went all in on supporting LE because I know too many leftist cops who are pricks and too many cops who may not be leftists but still will do as they’re told. A large percentage and in some areas the majority of cops are registered demoncrats and vote demoncrat.
All of these assholes following orders don’t deserve our support let their fellow party members destroy them for all I care.
I know that these are isolated instances, otherwise they would not make it on youtube, and do not reflect the thousands of police contacts that occur daily, but more and more I feel that the police in general have abandoned “serve and protect” and do not have my best interests at heart.
Even though I have more confidence in my ability to protect my family and myself, if there ever came a time where I had to smite an evil doer my local DA would rat-fuck me just like Mark and Patricia McCloskey, ignoring my civil liberties and subordinate them to the well being of the criminal. Our justicial system is not just, equitable or protects the innocent.
Oh, and that cop put the handcuffs on wrong, jeez louise, who trains these cops, they are more of a hazard then a help to those paying their salaries.
Many years ago, among the regulars at happy hour I became acquainted with a couple of veteran cops .
Now retired, they are firearms enthusiasts with many fascinating stories. Though I have no law enforcement background, they have accepted me in their circle.
I am proud to call them my friends.

I have refused to wear a mask since the start, if they want to give me a ticket or put me in jail I won’t resist. Jail is the one place I haven’t been. I’m going to take the advice of Nancy Reagan and “Just say No”. Hope you will all join me.

I only wore one when I had to go to an office in the recesses of the hospital. Even then that was for a couple minutes at the front lobby only. Walking down the long corridors I saw none of the Dr and nurses wearing any type of mask. When leaving I walked out through the lobby sans mask. Security didn’t look twice at me.
Other than that I haven’t worn. While I don’t wish to be arrested I will welcome it so I can move ahead with the legal action.
