Working Out Too Much Leads to “Leaky Gut Syndrome”

 

The human body can only take so much, even time at the gym. Now an Australian sports journal is claiming that “intense physiological stress on the body can trigger Leaky Gut Syndrome – a condition in which the gut lining weakens, resulting in the passage of germs and toxins into the bloodstream.”

There are a number of other unwanted physical breakdowns that come from over doing it.

    A poorly written article. 2 or more hours a day, a week, a month, a year, ever? What is overdoing it?

    You know, those sit-ups they’ve Resolved to start doing each and every New Year’s since 2004.
