The human body can only take so much, even time at the gym. Now an Australian sports journal is claiming that “intense physiological stress on the body can trigger Leaky Gut Syndrome – a condition in which the gut lining weakens, resulting in the passage of germs and toxins into the bloodstream.”
There are a number of other unwanted physical breakdowns that come from over doing it.
Leaky gut is better than leaky butt.
No kidding. It can leak from your gut down your leg and onto the road as well.

Vermin Control – HOLY SH!T!
dang …. I think the one on the left is my brother-in-law!
No danger of that for me
“those who regularly exercise for two hours or more could be doing more harm to their bodies than good.”
A poorly written article. 2 or more hours a day, a week, a month, a year, ever? What is overdoing it?
I guarantee this notion will go viral.
Everybody wants a new excuse for never doing sit-ups.
You know, those sit-ups they’ve Resolved to start doing each and every New Year’s since 2004.
The next time somebody asks you how your are doing?
Respond with : Eh, not too bad, just some minor anal leakage
Then watch their face as comprehension sets in. It’s focking
hilarious.
Leaky gut leads to leaky butt
