Picture number 2… the ocean must be receding since WW 2. Obama made those oceans stop rising!
May we remember the good they accomplished that day – especially those who gave all.
The most striking cemeteries are located on the bluffs. Both allies and German. Very sobering to see the beaches and then cemeteries.
Not anything I can add except this website is the first I have seen today that even mentions D-day. It is not even on my calendars. What a disgrace to the ‘greatest generation’ that gave so very much.
Ungrateful America has much to be ashamed for today. I supposed the usual D-day celebrations are history.
