The Milton Bradley game, “Battleship” has been around since the 1960s and enjoyed by millions over the years. Chances are though, you haven’t been play the game correctly. Watch
If you’ve enjoyed playing some of the new board games like, “Ticket to Ride” or “Settlers of Catan,” I’ve got further bad news for you.
I thought they were rockets or torpedoes, not freakin popsicles.
Yeah, I’m not seeing popsicles either. I see pegs marking the place for torpedoes hits.
Is that freakin goofy or what?
I thought Libs get to ALWAYS get to say ‘Miss’ while the rest of us ALWAYS have to say ‘Hit’.
Burner
No. The game is “Battleship” not “Popsicle Race”. Leave it to millenials to muck up a classic game.
Whenever I’m surfing channels and come across the movie “Battleship” I always have to watch. Underrated.

Like running across “Roadhouse”.
But what if I want a fudge bar?
… brought to you by the ‘Nutty Buddy’
(not you, Dr. T, that guy in the vid contemplating his Big Naval Hat)
From the looks of the guy by “popsicles” he really means blow jobs
I bought a battleship game at auction a few years back. It has to be from the late 70’s or early 80’s. It is “computer controlled.”
Problem is, it is ridiculously difficult to program and set up. There’s a weird logic and switches that need to be programmed correctly to spot the ships. Next, as you call out shots on the grid, the switches need to be positioned correctly and the coordinates correct. It’s a computing nightmare.
The kids get it out once a year, usually on a boring winter day. The instructions are there and they read through them, the board gets partially programmed and they quit.
I should check if there are batteries still in it.
Everyone I know cheated like crazy playing Battleship.
Covertly move the short boat around when it was hit.
“What do you mean D-4 wasn’t a hit?”
You sunk the meaning of Battleship!
Would you like to play a game?
That guy’s retarded, the red ones are for strikes on ships and the white ones are for misses.
Right foot blue, left hand red and all that
Not only is his delivery hilarious, his version of most of these games are actually playable.
Great find. Bookmarked.
