Well now, Mr. Trump just went up in my opinion based on his tweets about S.E. Cupp alone.
Mandatory Kudos to BFH and others at IOTW for not being fooled by the whole SE Cupp thing in the first place
And yet they ignore the biggest insult of them all: Barak Obama? Nothing to see here move along.
Gosh, I don’t know. Is this the same NYT’s who endorsed Kasich?
Could be because obama isn’t running this cycle. 😉
Nothing a bout Cruz? Or did I miss it?
Many remarks are to the point.
I’d like to know what he says about voters.
I’ll bet it isn’t flattering and own right inflammatory.
down right …. damn fingers
To complement this (not mean stuff of others, but compliments FROM THE LEFT of Trump!), here’s the Tampa Bay Times (Peoples’ Republic of St. Pete):

The world is upside down!
the vast majority of these are not ‘mean’, they’re ‘true’
Cato — ultimate straw man. Hope you’re not referring to the chopped vid calling Iowa voters stupid — that’s been debunked for a while.
Agreed. This is a case where the truth hurts. And we live in an age where feelings are more important than truth.
I was actually entertained reading this list.
And these are mean because…
Can’t wait for the NY Times to compile that list of women that Hillary’s husband groped, raped or ejaculated on.
Zactly!!
I didn’t read any insulting Trump Tweets, NY Times is desperately seeking readership. I laugh at most everything Trump has to say about his opponents. He’s a breath of fresh air, about time someone says it.
Yet the bimbo Megyn Kelly was over the top? Please. She merely lowered herself to his level.
Abigail Adams……
I wasn’t referring to any video or statement ….. haven’t seen, read nor heard any specific to Iowans or any other voting block.
I asked, ” I’d like to know what he says about voters.”
And based upon the remarks trump has made about other people and groups listed in this thread, I added ….”I’ll bet it isn’t flattering and down right inflammatory.”
Straw man, indeed.
Any sane person will read the article and say “but Trump’s right”
Cato — To answer your question about what Trump does say about voters is that they are a heck of a lot smarter than politicians. He says they love their country and don’t want to see it defeated by socialists and globalists or progressives. He also says that, in his travels, he sees the love that Americans (voters or otherwise) have for each other and the things that will Make America Great Again.
That’s what he says.
I read all of them and Trump will get my vote. We agree on almost everything! I didn’t see one, IMHO, falsehood.
Thanks, Czar. That was a cooler-heads-prevailing piece. Interesting to read.
About the media, Trump never misses an opportunity to say they are the most dishonest people you’ll ever meet — about 80% of them, anyway. He never misses an opportunity to call them out and make them be honest (on the spot) or tweet out particular people who are dishonest. In this area, he’s got America’s back. He knows what jackals the media are and how they manipulate public opinion. If everything else was equal among the candidates, I’d vote for him on that point alone.
The problem with Megyn, is she has no boundaries. She is in continual gotcha mode and she doesn’t like Trump because he won’t take any of her bullshit. Journalists hate it when there’s one up on them.
They missed “Better put some ice on that lip.” Oh, sorry, that was someone else.
Thank you Abigail.
It appears Trump has a more favorable opinion than I.
Based upon the last two presidential elections I have concluded that the majority of voters are ill informed, vote for self interests, are fickle and voted as if it were a beauty pageant.
I understand the NYT is working on other tweets…they are currently trying to retrieve tweets from Ike, Nixon, Ford and Reagan and Bush 41 and 43!
What’s up with the pic of Trump? Looks like he’s cutting the cheese.
the truth hurts & it’s funny because it’s true

They’re mean because they are brutally true. Unvarnished, nonwhitewashed, not even softened some so they won’t offend some delicate wallflower They’re also mean because they are simple truths – everyone can understand them.
