Matt Welch and Reason.com seem to have a problem with Donald Trump , calling him The Idiocracy Candidate
This is the single dumbest speech I have witnessed in 17 years of covering American politics. Not just the lies, the policy positions (such that they existed), or even the dizzying heights self-regard, but the level of basic human intelligence and decency. For a guy who complains that the media only quotes “half-sentences,” Trump’s real adversary is the full-length transcript. These aren’t speeches, they’re seizures.
Like I’m going to take this losers word for anything.

HEY MATT! NEWS FLASH! STANDBY TO BE TRUMPLED!!
Done with this typical political P.O.S. . Trump sounded like Jeb and the rest of the progressive A.H.’s a few years ago and suddenly now he’s had an epiphany? Go back to your towers you hypocritical, progressive, P.O.S. You’re just saying what the crowd has in their hearts.
He’s so over the top, he’ll make Jeb sound like he’s middle ground (all in the plan maybe?)
As Mark Levin would say, “That’s right, I SAID IT!” 😉
Trump is stirring the pot. Name someone else who is stepping up and kicking some ass.
So far, it looks like the same ol’ same ol’.
Big Gun, if you have not read this you need to. A whole new respect for this guy.

A damn good read. Jeb = Hillary, etc..
WE ARE FOOKED IF WE DON’T CHANGE COURSE! AND IF JEB’S THE CHOICE, STANDBY FOR A MITT-LEVEL TURNOUT.
He will certainly change the tone of the debates, no doubt. But I VERY seriously doubt not only his conservatism (he is a progressive if you do your research), but his resolve in staying his ‘new’ course of conservatism. He’s just echoing the red blooded Americans’ hearts. I don’t believe this leopard has changed his RINO spots.
An old term comes to my mind, “Judas goat.”
Read it. I’m not caught up in the obama type hysteria. You can’t say he hasn’t already been a politician by greasing palms for projects etc… His stance on the border is a sudden flip-flop. He’s no more trust worthy than John Boehnidict Arnold in the progressive RINO that he is. Go back into his history and beyond this article. Bet he couldn’t answer a constitutional question if his F’n life depended on it.
Who is your non-RINO man?
It sure as HELL isn’t Trump, along with many others. But it’s WAY to early to be convinced by anyone in the field as of this point.
BigGun,
Fair enough. I don’t have the answers either, but it certainly isn’t clear who has the answers in the GOP clown wagon.
Amen, Brother! So far it’s like trying to figure out how to pick up a turd by the clean end. 😉
As a big Pamela Geller fan and somebody who hates the cult of the pedophile muhammad, I cannot vote for this guy. If elected, would he ban all Draw Muhammad contests? Make it a crime to slander the pedophile? He does appear to have a problem in that department.
But I do like what he is doing, I like his independence too, and I think it’s great that we have him on our side, pushing buttons and making progtard heads explode.
Cruz will still get my vote. If Tom Cotton were running he would be my first choice. We need somebody who recognizes the threat of islam and the danger of allowing any kind of sharia law in America. Not somebody who has big investments in Dubai.
islam is here and it is plotting how to make us submit or die. That should be a top priority.
Who will do the country the most good? Trumps not owned by anybody. Everyone, EVERYONE else is. I understand your heart burn but think about it.
A different perspective; the string pullers are BEGGING for the people to wake up!
Our opinionness means nothing!
Their rulership ( though put in place on purpose) is ready to say F it to a people who will not wake up.
Am I a terrorist yet for speaking such things?
They’ve been kind thus far. But, don’t trust them. In God we trust.
Cruz and Trump are having a big Pow Wow tomorrow. Interesting. Maybe Cruz isn’t bought and paid for.
It’s okay: we loathe Reason magazine.
I’ve SEEN who “their” candidates are.
AS IF I would listen to libertarians about who is a good political candidate…KA-RAY-ZEE.
Trump is the modern-day version of Paul Revere who is alerting the slumbering masses to the dangers we face! Just that fact alone makes him very valuable indeed!
Paul Revere: “To arms to arms the illegal criminals are coming”!!!
Cruz/Trump in 2016?
Ya know, I think I could live with that!
Also: Trump, like all sucessful businesspeople, is a big-picture, long-term thinker. He has correctly identified the two most important problems in America today: lack of work opportunity and the threat of terrorist attack. He’s isn’t going to get bogged down in bullshit like the amount of sodium in school lunches, the danger of propane grilling, or ensuring that minorities are equally spread throughout the country.
