ACLJ– Yesterday, we helped deliver a stunning defeat to angry atheists attempting to tear down a war heroes’ memorial.
We have been fighting to defend the World War II memorial statue of Jesus against the angry atheists at the Freedom From Religion Foundation (FFRF) on behalf of more than 100,000 Americans and concerned Members of Congress for years.
Yesterday, the anti-Christian FFRF lost once again in court. This time, they had attacked the statue of Jesus in Montana. The Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit held that this statue atop Big Mountain, adjacent to a ski resort, did not violate the Establishment Clause. MORE

Does the FFRF (Fascists for Real Fascism) ever challenge any public displays of islamic fascism? Somehow, I doubt they would have the backbone; cowards like that always pick on the soft targets they know won’t slaughter them with impunity.
There is a very large statue of the Virgin Mary that overlooks Butte, Montana, and I am sure that also puts a few burrs under their godless panties. You can see it from a long ways off.
I think they should be sued for discriminating against Jesus. He never did anything to hurt them. It’s really a hate crime, they do this because they hate Him.

Just a few more data points: FFR’s website boasts a whopping 23K members nationwide! That’s all. 23K people think their going to eradicate God from the public square and replace it with….what? What do they want? “Freethought”, that’s what they want. Wow. Does anyone else feel the irony?
