The Dangerous Ignorance of the Left’s View of Islam

The left believes the right are Neanderthal’s when they say all Muslims pose a danger to the west. The left believes Muslims can be separated into “radical extremists” and “moderates.” The left thinks moderates are Muslims like Jerry Seinfeld is a Jew. Oh, they’ll say they’re a Muslim, but really all they are interested in is rooting for the Mets and wandering around the upper west side looking for a good cup of coffee.

But this is not what Muslims are saying. In fact, they are insulted by the tags “moderate Muslim” and “radical Muslim.”

They say, “a Muslim is a Muslim is a Muslim.” Every Muslim is for the caliphate. Every Muslim is for the execution of homosexuals. Every Muslim is for the stoning death of an adulterer. Every Muslim, holding Muslim views, is a proponent of Sharia, therefore a moderate is an extremist and vise versa.

You don’t believe me?

Here, watch this Imam explain it in a Western mosque.

  1. Just start the discussion about islam with your freinds and neighbors by stating you “like how they treat homosexuuals.. they get that right. ” and see where it goes from there….

  2. Islam is not simply a religion, it is rather a theocratic philosophy that includes institutions commonly regarded as elements of government, and further includes absolute requirements of its adherents to expand, by force if necessary, to encompass all individuals everywhere. As such, it is implacably opposed to and incompatible with all other systems of government and social collaboration. Failing to recognize and understand this is a particularly ugly form of death wish.

  3. “If we have enough authority and we have enough power, we are obliged as Muslims to take the authority away from the people who have it and implement the Shariah.”
    Anjem Choudary

It is a truism that almost any sect, cult, or religion will legislate its creed into law if it acquires the political power to do so.

  4. John Quincy Adams on Islam:

“The precept of the Koran is, perpetual war against all who deny, that Mahomet is the prophet of God. The vanquished may purchase their lives, by the payment of tribute; the victorious may be appeased by a false and delusive promise of peace; and the faithful follower of the prophet, may submit to the imperious necessities of defeat: but the command to propagate the Moslem creed by the sword is always obligatory, when it can be made effective. The commands of the prophet may be performed alike, by fraud, or by force.”
