I can’t see him on the SC. There really is a requirement for work there and if there’s one thing you can say about him, it’s that he’s not going to put in the time necessary. Plus, although he could do a lot of damage to our Constitution, he wouldn’t be able to flap his soup coolers like he does now.
He knows he’d be low man on the totem pole at the Court and his narcissism wouldn’t allow that.
Sec. Gen. of the UN is more his style-he can bloviate endlessly, travel on other people’s dime and keep his hate hard on for this country rock hard.
I knew most of this. What I didn’t know was that Obama went ballistic on SCOTUS for its failure to render a Constitutional interpretation that would require wealth distribution.
This alone proves that Obama doesn’t get the Constitution. Even I, a court clerk, can see that nothing is more antithetical to the spirit of the Constitution than income redristribution. And he does a pretty lousy job of upholding and defending the document too.
Besides…Wasn’t his law license revoked?

I don’t think so. You have to be bar-certified to argue cases in court. Jurists don’t argue, they decide.
Also consider that bar exams are given at the state level. There is no such thing as a Federal bar exam.
