  1. Trump would never beat Hillary- need to stop him first, too many people hate Trump for him to ever win 51% of this country.

And his supporters need to be told -and threatened- that nominating this kook is utterly unacceptable. So I would never pledge to support him at this point- why should I, only helps the guy I’m trying to run-off.

And he may still go independent and screw us all anyway…
Trump loyalty pledges aren’t worth squat, and deep down everybody knows it.

I have no problem with someone that is opposing Donald Trump during the primary. You can even “threaten” his supporters, as you put it. That’s fine.

But if by chance Donald Trump wins the GOP nomination, it would be up to the #NeverTrump coalition to explain coherently what Donald Trump has done, other than beat your guy, that rises to the level of the things Hilary Clinton has done throughout her career.

You need an argument at that point.
Otherwise you’ll just sound like a collection of sorry ass loons.

Hillary is a monster, a known monster, who should never be rewarded with the position of commander-in-chief.

While I’ve been fighting every day, writing and creating agitprop, to run Hillary into the ash heap of history, Donald Trump’s been a successful private citizen who, by any measure, was an asset to America.

As he emerges he is suddenly worse for America than Hillary?

You would sound idiotic given these circumstances.
You may even be people who should be “threatened.”

  3. The entire #NeverTrump is a threat. Stupid and juvenile. It reminds of kids holding their breath until they get their way. They fail and look dumb all at once.

  4. EEk and the GOP establishment are working for Hillary. Stop fooling yourself you anti-Trump people.

They are working ferociously to keep him from getting the nomination. They don’t want a big tent. Too many of the upcoming primaries are closed. The Reagan Dems who didn’t register Republican cannot vote for Trump in those caucus/primary states. In the general election, those very Reagan Dems go for Trump. They will not go for Hillary.

Look at the stats. The GOPe had to mount a concerted $$ effort to send their Rubio voters over to Cruz so Cruz could take votes from Trump…Just look at Maine. Ridiculously low. Looks like Operation Chaos. Ask yourself why they are trying to defeat their hand picked ankle biter Rubio. Is Cruz as good for them as Rubio or Jeb? Or if Cruz is legitimately for our sovereignty, do they think they can take out Cruz and put in Hillary easier than they can take out Trump in the general election.

    Maine Votes
    Cruz 8,550
    Trump 6,070
    Kasich 2,270
Rubio 1,492 Whoa, this looks fishy.

  5. The #nevertrump group appears to be about equal to the #nevercruz or the #alwaystrumpnevercruz groups.
    Basically hovering around zero.
The pro Trump sites are making a lot of hay over this supposed movement, likely because that is how they feel about Cruz, sit out if he is the guy.
I also think that even Trump could beat the beast, (assuming she is the nominee) but that it would be a squeaker as Trumps negatives are higher than hers. However, if she takes Berning Sphincter as veep, then I don’t think Trump has a chance.

  6. @ John S

Trump would have a terrific chance if the GOP establishment stayed the hell out of the primary. They are showing their ruler status over and over again.

That’s why I believe we need Donald Jackhammer Trump rather than Teddybear conservative Cruz to take out the calcified sludge that is D.C.

  7. John,
I don’t know anyone who is prepared to go to the mattresses if Cruz is the nominee.
    That is simply a lie.
The anti-Trump GOP is saying Trump’s negatives are too big.
Ya, and they are part of the negatives!!!!!!
    jeez.
They are trying their best to fulfill their prophecy.
    That is wormy.

Also, nothing is set in stone.
No one has seen one debate between Trump and Hillary.
People change their minds, particularly the center.

We know that. The #NeverTrump coalition is trying to play it off as if polling is the end all.
    C’mon.

Also, please don’t insult people’s intelligence when you try to soft-pedal #NeverTrump.

The last GOP presidential nominee came out on the Tee Vee and said Trump must be stopped by any means necessary.
The National Review compiled a Ream Team to ratf*ck the guy.

But they are going to support him in the general??
    whatever you say.
