WAPO – April 15th, 1980

Kasich says it would be foolish to nominate a GOP candidate that cannot win, and that he is the frontrunner against the left in a national election.

The article below shows that Ronald Reagan, with the presence of Anderson, was running behind Carter in mid-April.

Reagan went on to crush Carter.

  1. HEY KASICH – HOW MANY OF THE MILLION OF TRUMP AND CRUZ SUPPORTERS WILL VOTE FOR YOU WHEN THE GOP ESTABLISHMENT PUTS THE DOT ON YOUR FOREHEAD???

    ANSWER – GOOSE EGG!!

ONE WOULD HOPE THAT AS LONG AS WE ARE GOING TO HAVE A WOMAN AS PRESIDENT, THAT SHE WOULD BE HOT, NOT SOME CANKLED, CACKLING, FRUMPY, DUMPY, GRUMPY, RUMPY, BUMPY HAG!

NOKO, HURRY WITH THAT NUKE MISSILE, WILL YOU?? SHEESH!!

  2. The problem with comparing Reagan vs Carter, and Kasich self-declaring that he would win over the DemonRats –
Reagan had CONSERVATIVE PRINCIPLES at the time versus Carter. And Carter had already been in office for one term, and the results were there in-your-face (and we’re still living with some of them – Dept of Education and Dept of Energy, anyone?).

So, what are Kashish’s conservative principles?

  3. establishment republican or establishment democrat?
which one is which, I can’t tell the difference anymore.

either one gets you what you already got just more of it.
if you like what you got, keep voting for those that brought us here but realize government is just going to keep getting bigger which makes the private sector smaller.

if you want to change course you have to turn the rudder in a direction, how about starboard instead of port for a while?

reagan was definitely starboard of carter.
