Watchdog: Ohio Medicaid expansion costs sailed farther past Gov. John Kasich’s projections in March, as total spending on the program topped the $7.5 billion mark.

Expansion cost $411 million last month, making March the most expensive month yet. For the past six months, expansion costs reported by the Ohio Department of Medicaid averaged $394 million — dwarfing other state programs.  more

  1. Kasich lying about Ohio’s economic malfeasance doesn’t disturb me as much as the fact that he’s a socialist in some thin disguise. He is unable – or unwilling – to understand that gov’t coercion is NOT the same as Charity – no more than some thug breaking into my home and stealing my shit is the same as me offering money to a bum.

This is not a tough concept. And a man of Kasich’s obvious intelligence and abilities can – must – understand the distinction.

Thus, there is no other conclusion than the obvious – Kasich is a screaming fucking hypocrite, liar, grifter, and panderer.

Oh, yeah … he’s the son of a mailman, too!

    izlamo delenda est …

  2. This is what happens when a “Republican” governor walks and talks and quacks like a Democrat.

And for those of us about to be bulldozed by pipeline eminent domain, we can expect no help from Kasich… he’s in the gas and pipeliners’ pockets, like the rest of our state representatives, the f***ing pricks.

  3. Kasich is Lieutenant Jim Dangle from Reno 911 trying out for American Idol.
He has his banjo, and his outfit, and a plan for greatness; unworkable, futile, embarrassingly naive, grasping and ungracious, but a plan.
So tell me again why I have to put up with the likes of him and Cruz who openly embrace winning by artifice?
Is their winning by maneuvers supposed to make me feel better about the process, like they fixed anything?
Both of these “Republicans” gleefully denounce the ‘crookedness’ of Washington, then openly admit to using that same crookedness to push themselves forward.
In the words of the two Trump Black ladies (I forget their names): “Kasich needs to go somewhere and sit down and be quiet”
