Bad Brad – yeah, you got that right. I shot an IDPA match with Jerry Miculek and one with Massad Ayoob. Nowhere near their talent, though. In fact, I’m not good enough to pick up their brass.
It’s funny, NONE of the guys at the shooting club I belong to has any interest in any of the traditional team sports. You never hear any talk about the Reds or the Bengals (so now you know where I am located!)

Even though I manufacture AR platform guns pistols, especially 1911’s are my true passion. Watching a Pro like any of the names you’ve mentioned run a gun is a thing of beauty.
I’d really like to start competing in steel challenge but that’s all moved from Cali. to Florida it seems. I’m hearing rumors of a new organization starting up here again. No time anyway right now.

Bad Brad – I was SO at the matches with Miculek & Ayoob, and it was fun being able to watch everybody shoot. (and of course I got to shoot for free)
By the way, I just watched a live press conference from the Sheriff in Pike County Ohio where those 8 family members were executed and he said, “anyone who feels the need, don’t hesitate to arm yourself, and if you feel threatened, take action”

Wow, you don’t hear that at all. I’ve been following that story. That’s a strange deal. It has all the appearance of being a pro hit. But the “Take Action” statement made by LEO almost sounds like he knows something he’s not telling. This will be interesting.
Oh, New news out of Ohio. 3 of the four murder scenes had Pot Growing Facilities. I’m going with Mexican Cartel for 1000 Alex.

Bad Brad – I drove out there today . . . my country house (not as fancy as it sounds) is in Peebles Ohio, back in the woods, and this all took place very close to Peebles. I went heavily armed to check and make sure no one was “using” the house, if you get my drift.
Mr. Mxyzptlk, Here in Northern California we have those damn Mexican gangs growing dope where ever they can. My son in law is a Hot Shot for the Forest service and he say’s their always finding grow back in the forest while fighting fires. If they find a grow they are ordered to back out until LEO or the DEA can get in there an find the Booby Traps. There’s been several Hot Shots that have run into fish hooks hanging from trees.
We live in a rural area and if the bastards find 5 acres that nobodies using they’ll plant it. It’s getting ridiculous.It’s a much bigger problem then people realize.
