It was too exclusionary.
Cheerleaders shouldn’t have any dress code, standard or “look.” It’s hurtful.

Of course they pulled the advice. If not, how could that sweetheart from the UMASS video from yesterday ever hope to transfer and become a cheerleader.
Hurtful? With that picture, not to MY tired old eyes.
Anything else, like that UM ASS loudmouth, now THAT would be hurtful . . . to my eyes, to the buffet, to the wardrobe (which “she” would insist that the school provide), and especially to the team, if “she” insisted on performing in some of those pyramid and lifting specialty stunts.
Exclusionary? I’ll say it is! It is speciesist to the max! I’d really, really like to see a cheer-leading begonia or fluffy ruffle fern or mat of Sargasso weed.
if it doesn’t look like mooch, it’s racist.

No visible tattoos pretty much eliminates everybody.
I bet if the visible tattoo was that iconic Che in a Beret it would be okey-dokey.
Are fat morons some kind of preferred group now? Who else would be hurt by that?
We’re one frivolous lawsuit away now from all NCAA cheerleaders being fat bull dykes and bearded transvestites. And they’ll insist on changing at midfield during the halftime show in order to show the value of tolerance.
…because NOTHING inspires a sports team to win more than a squad of fat, ugly Rosies and Whoopies.
In Washington State.
WANT.
Oh who the hell cares about cheerleaders. Jeez.
Under “body do’s” on the left, is the option to either go “nude” or with “no fingernail polish”. Can I go to observe the tryouts, on the outside chance somebody opts to go nude?
He’s stepping left foot to tuck. No mention of that, the exclusion.

If I was in charge of this, I’d tell the complainers that it’s an ad for Cheerleaders, not Fearleaders, so STFU and go away.
