What if snowflake in division 3 wants to party with division 1 and this racist asshole just divided her out. That’s not exactly the best championship experience.
If to them “safe space” means “place free from discrimination” all that’s needed is a place where everyone is treated identically. Toss them all into a large pool of sewage, and then provide a unisex shower on the way out.
Time to eliminate separate men and women’s teams. Then cut them loose from the University and make them semi-pro teams tied to the pros for funding and support! That would also eliminate the need for the grossly outmoded and totally unnecessary NCAA cabal of over paid and overstuffed factotums!
Using their logic, a big 280 lb Mandingo linebacker may identify as a female and thus be allowed to join the women’s La Cross team.

The economic cost of this hasn’t been mentioned much. This is one sure way to hamper an economy, with added regulatory up the wazoo (which will be the next afflicted class).
