Hillary Supporters Poised To Hand Hillary Her Repeal 2A Mandate

And ya don’t support Trump full-throated, do ya?

Ya get what ya fight for, or don’t fight for.

  1. Both candidates are pieces of shit. So no I do not support Trump full throated but I am voting for that lesser piece of shit. Part of me just wants to see Hillary win so this slow painful collapse can just come already instead of the painful creep that will continue with a progressive like Trump.

  2. I want to blow a gasket when I hear, “Hillary’s going to repeal the Second Amendment.”

As if! Hillary can’t repeal a Constitutional amendment on her own. It would have to be done by Congress. And do people really think that the members of Congress are stupid enough to repeal any part of the Bill of Rights?

    Actually, don’t answer that.

  3. @2A4ever
I feel what you are saying, but I don’t think it will go down like that. If you bought your gun legally, you are already identified in a government database as a gun owner. I see this scenario:
You are driving to church one Sunday morning with your family. You get pulled over by a TSA agent for a minor traffic infraction (made up). While you are detained, Hillary’s goons (TSA, Homeland Security, IRS, Climate Change squad, or whatever) will be ripping your house apart looking for those guns you never accounted for. Once they find one gun or one spent .22 cartridge in you back yard you will be arrested for gun control violation and all of your weapons, cars, and property will be seized. After all, they have to make an example of you.

  4. TO gfy

The Amendment itself can still “stand”…
…and yet be made effectively null and void
by all sorts of regulations and
    arbitrary enforcement of laws.

Don’t think for a second “it can’t happen here”!

  5. It’s not so much control of guns but the more innocent seeming limited access to ammunition that concerns me. And if you are found to have stockpiled a “suspicious” amount of ammunition, it will be easy to identify you as a domestic terrorist. Lord help you if you have also stockpiled food, water, etc. You are obviously part of an organized cell!

  6. @Czar: With all due respect, TRUE LIBERTY is a vote for Trump, regardless of the reason. Running down a Trump voter runs the risk of pissing them off and converting them to a non-voter, or worse yet, a Hillary voter. He/she does not have to love The Donald to vote for him (I ain’t all that crazy about him myself, but we don’t have a Reagan running, so you play the cards you’re dealt).

Remember, “the enemy of my enemy is my friend”.

  8. When it is time to hide your firearms from the government, it’s time to use them. The only question is if one is willing to commit ones liberty, honor, and fortune to the fight to restore the Republic; success is in no way guaranteed, it could go either way.

  9. Expecting words and letters to constrain the odiously dishonest is foolish.

As it is, one must “apply” for a “permit” (ask permission) to exercise one’s 2nd Amendment “right” and the debate is whether or not HRC will curtail the 2nd?

Ya gotta be fukkin kiddin me!

If you were talking about any typical
    “on-the-fence-earlier, but now-supporting-Trump”
kind of person, I’d fully agree.

You’re free to take TrueBS at his word, I DON’T.
I’ve read too much of his stuff to believe he’s
anything more than a mole trying to inject
doubt, fear and/or resentment, much like JohnS.

Here’s the *tell* for me in his latest post:

“Part of me just wants to see Hillary win so this slow painful collapse can just come already…”

    and

    …”a progressive like Trump…”

He has ZERO credibility in my book.

  11. 1st, No politician can ‘repeal’ an Amendment.
2nd, They can regulate the hell out of it, because nobody can stop them sans the SCOTUS.
3rd, SCOTUS will not stop Hillary.
If getting rid of the 2A is such a popular idea, why didn’t the Dems try for another Amendment while they could? Because they need their ‘friends’ to be able to carry.

  12. @Czar: Maybe you’re right. I don’t recall seeing other comments by TL, but then again I don’t read every post. They go by too quickly, so I just have to pick the ones that look interesting or most current whenever I happen to be online. Could be I missed his/her previous remarks. I just couldn’t see alienating a potential Trump vote for no particular reason. As Yoda would say, too trusting I am, perhaps.

P.S. – JohnS seems to have cleaned up his act of late. Or maybe that’s a trap, too.

    😉

  13. It’s always nice to see that I live rent free in other peoples heads.
Here I am, getting trashed on a thread I was not even participating in.
Now, if you two were to clean up your act rational discussion would have the option of returning to this website.

  14. Czar, I had to look that one up. I am not real up to date on current pop psych slang.
Looking it up gave me some insight on this up/down voting fetish you and your friends display.
Maybe I should respect your need for public approval rather than finding it amusing. Apparently it is a real syndrome that is resistant to cure and those afflicted can be gravely hurt by being laughed at for their condition.
I will endeavor to no longer poke fun at your emotional disability.

  15. well people, are you willing to be free?

all it takes is you willingness to lay your life on the line to achieve it.

freedom isn’t free. it takes a life long commitment to keep.

  16. @JohnS: I was actually trying to be complimentary, although I can tell you didn’t see it that way. What I meant was that you appeared (at least to me) to be making a lot less provocative comments than in the past, when it seemed like you had pretty much everybody pissed off at you. Now you’re down to maybe 30-40% of that number (or even less!), and that’s real progress.

Anyway, I believe in recognizing positive changes when I see them, so keep up the good work.

    🙂

  17. Brad is correct. There are more people fighting for our rights here in CA than there are in just about any three states you could name combined.
CA also leads in civil disobedience among law abiding citizens when it comes to 2A laws.
This is the state that gave you Reagan.
Don’t count us as down over a bloody nose.

  18. @JohnS: That compliment was a bit left-handed, wasn’t it? Sorry.

Would it have sounded better if I had said that sometimes I think you march to the beat of a different drummer?

    No?

    OK, I’d better quit while I’m ahead…

    🙄

  19. “…a man of your word”…HORSESH!T, JohnS.

    Even AFTER the convention,
you continued – and do to this day –
    with attacks, insults, emotional pleading
and especially sowing doubt, fear and defeatism.

Your projection of your own “need for approval” onto me
is once again a “tell” for your true motivations here.

  20. Brad; “The 2ndA has already been repealed by Calif and nobody raised a finger!”
“You have NO idea how wrong you are.”
I disagree. In order for change to occur it has to be “visible” and I haven’t seen anything to be encouraged by.
How well did all those petitions and legal motions work out in the last few months?
How well do you think they will work out in the 9th circuit?
Any victories are small and will be short term and over ruled by corrupt politicians doing whatever the hell they want.
The average person can no longer get a gun or ammunition in this state without compromising their privacy and security from the state.
Sign a petition and get on the state watchlist.
Where are the public protests? Where is the push back against the crooked media?
Where are the ads on TV telling the truth about what is going on?
Where are the gun supporters talking non-stop on local news?
Where are the recall petitions for the crooked politicians? Where are the rallies with thousands of gun owners?
Where are the protests in front of their homes?
Where is the NRA? Why is Gavin Newsom not being hounded everyday?
How well has working within the system behind the scenes worked out?
How many sheriffs and police chiefs still deny people their constitutional rights?
The squeaky wheel gets the grease, (just ask blm) and sorry I don’t see much squeaking.
I hope I’m wrong and welcome a factual rebuttal to these points.

What kind of mole do you think I am. I simply do not trust Hillary because she has proven herself to be the liberal garbage she has been over the years.

And I simply do not trust Trump because he has been a liberal preaching liberal garbage right up to the moment of his transformation of becoming a conservative when he decided to run for president.

Both have have acted like trash over the decades with the way they treat people in there private life and in business.

Trump only gets my vote because just maybe by some miracle he will do what he says but I really do not expect it seeing the man he has been.

  22. bho is a 4 letter word

Do you live in California? You do realize the petition drive basically just started right? We have the petitions at our shop and it’s been non stop, and we are not a store front. Calguns.org and Gun Owners of California who are managing this are telling us the have the signatures but are afraid of foul play. You are not current.
