Wen you think about it, the training that the dogs and their handlers must go through is simply awesome. The trust they must have in each other…
Yeah, but just try carrying one IWB.
Wish I was that fit. I might be able to carry a small dog and no other gear. When I was young I’m not sure I could have done it.
But the K-9 unit is highly trained to seek trouble and alert their handlers. They act as scouts and help sniff IEDs, hidden enemy. I look at that picture and feel what a humiliation for a warrior dog. We know our troops are fit. This just seems to defeat the purpose of a fellow trained soldier, the K-9.
I view this as another Obama Rule of Engagement to protect radical terrorists.
I’m sure there are times for holstering your K-9, like parachuting and probably other times. But this is just sad looking. All trussed up.
I am pretty sure those are Israeli soldiers. The uniform and boots are a direct match, in addition to the fact that the IDF uses dogs extensively.

I’d like to see Pajama Boy carry one of those dogs or how about the twerp Trent Somes that we saw here a couple of weeks ago – the muzzie lover Libertarian.
