Sanctuary City Responsible For Denver Man’s Murder

Freed to kill in a sanctuary city: Illegal immigrant gangster ‘robbed then murdered man at rail station’ weeks after being released in Denver despite request from ICE to keep him jailed for deportation.

Ever Valles, 19, (top) is accused of murdering Timothy Cruz, 32, (inset) on February 7 at a light railway station in Denver, Colorado, six weeks after being released on bond for theft. The teenager had been freed by Denver Sheriff Department in late December after posting $5,000 bond for theft charges. They let him go despite requests from US Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents to keep the gangster behind bars so that they could deport him. They flagged him as an ‘immigration priority’ given his ties to gang activity in the city and asked to be told by the jail when it planned to release him. Valles was arrested for murder on February 8 after police issued surveillance footage of the scene of the murder which they say shows him and Nathan Valdez dressed in hoodies and masks about to rob and kill Cruz.

  1. this is our elected representatives political policy?
to let illegal immigrants run rampant over the legal citizens rights?

where is the responsibility that comes with elected office?

    where is the accountability?

we are our own worst enemies when we allow the elected representatives to do this to us.
one thing you can say about the mentally ill left in this country, they get active even when they haven’t actually been harmed but have only told they are being harmed by the msm.

all I can muster is this screed on a blog and maybe a phone call.

  2. @Navigator
Sadly a couple examples come to mind, 1 right hear in vagina, where victims of what was formerly known as the “knock out game” still would not acknowledge race as the m.o.

  3. This is just like the wild west.
Since there ain’t no law out here (the elected officials enforce law by caprice) so we have to make our own.
That means being ready, willing and able to enforce the law when confronted by lawlessness.
Now I don’t mean vigilante stuff, but more not being afraid to walk down the street because the bastard that tries to rob, or beat anyone (or any animal) in my circle of vision and hearing will get beaten and or shot.
    Probably both.

  4. Hickenlooper is a name being bantered around for 2020. Today, after this incident, he is saying the state patrol is not inclined to help Trump’s stricter immigration enforcement stating cost, not their job, and needing trust in the communities. We will see how that plays out for his POTUS aspirations. He was mayor of Denver before governor so his fingerprints are all over the place when it comes to Denver policy.
