Modern Appealing Clothing, MAC of San Francisco (and Minneapolis) has filed a class action lawsuit against first daughter Ivanka Trump claiming that her clothing line is competing unfairly because of the additional publicity it receives. Brother and sister Ben and Chris Ospital filed the lawsuit in a San Francisco court seeking Ivanka’s label to be pulled from California.

Ivanka could not ask for better publicity than all of this whining. And I believe CA is dumb enough to rule in their favor and kick Ivanka’s clothing line out of the state. I think it’s called the “Streisand effect”, but in this case only means more $$$ for Ivanka.

This is the same logic used against Paula Jones when her old boyfriend wanted to sell nude pictures of Jones to Hustler. Jones was sexually harassed by a famous person and she wanted some compensation. But because she was going after a famous person, that made her a famous person, so the judge said she was not entitled to the protections a private citizen was entitled to.

Nuisance lawsuit with no chance of winning (even in California) laid to just get publicity and get lefties in the door to buy some of their crap in a show of solidarity. The City of San Francisco has forbidden its employees from doing business with SD because the state passed a law allowing religious-affiliated adoption agencies to not place children with unmarried or same-sex couples.

I want to join the lawsuit. Just the other day as I was in deep contemplation on opening up a clothing line I suddenly realized that Ivanka Trump would impact my success! The same thing has happened to me many times, ie, Computer Operating System (Microsoft beat me to it) Facebook (Sucksberg beat me to it )
