I stumbled on this picture released by the Clintons to promote Bill’s speaking engagements. This was used for a commencement speech Bill made at Hobart and William Smith College just THIS MAY!
It was touted on the college website as a “high resolution” image of the former president.
Whoever thinks this is an actual picture of Bill is the one that is high.

If they showed an up to date picture of Clinton people would probably be sending condolences along with flowers and a request for the funeral date.
