    Oh, wait. No, I don’t. Those who demonstrate on the highway and stop traffic are never the good guys. And their actions support that assertion.

  17. Seem to remember N Dak passing a law absolving the driver of liability in situations like this. Good on them. There is a right to peacefully assemble and petition the government for a redress of grievances. There is no right to obstruct a ordinary citizen going about his lawful business.

  18. There’s been a few people that have died because EMT’s were stuck behind these ass holes. And the two guys chasing after the car, I would have stopped and gotten out and shot them dead at 21 feet. I was afeard for my life.

  37. That was a two-fer being rolled over. That wins hands down.

    At least a couple of those criminals won’t be blocking any streets for a while.

    I was run over by a car about two years ago. One difference – I wasn’t threatening it in any way. Plus I had the help of my bike lifting the front end some to widened the gap.

    Yeah, I keep a 10mm with me. I would have went slow and let them do what they will. As soon as you break my window, I shoot you. You just went from misdemeanor to felony assault when you break my window and threaten me or anyone else in my truck.

    I also always have a dash cam. There would be no “he-said she-said” at all. An unbiased witness.

    Highly recommend getting one if you don’t have one yet. It has saved me thousands of dollars and exposed a severe liar for what she was. Like I said, the he-said she-said goes out the window.

  42. There is not a doubt in my mind that being surrounded by a bunch of hateful violent thugs that I would do the same thing. They need to stop playing in the street. Didn’t their mother teach them that from a young age? Hope it finally sinks in for them now so they can warn others that getting run over by a car hurts like hell.
