Democrats Expect SCOTUS To Let Them Win Once In A While

Why, it’s just not fair that Republicans that control state houses can arrange voting districts so that liberals who don’t want to appeal to votes outside their comfort zone keep ending up in the minority. At least that’s the argument used before the Supreme Court yesterday in the Wisconsin gerrymandering case, Gill v. Whitford.

No one is being denied their right to vote, no one is restricting candidates or their messaging. If Democrats want to be relevant again on the state level they had better come up with policies that appeal to the majority in the states in which they are seeking public office. It’s called democracy.

  1. The Dems had no problem doing it to Ventura County, CA – can we challenge the CA “jungle primary” system on the same grounds? It was enacted to prevent a Republican candidate from even being on the ballot

  2. They are Children ! This is like Basketball , where our Guard has the ball and the Lib’s can’t poses it. They slap at it grab for it, and when the Referee looks away they push and kick him !!!
