Therefore, the marketplace sucks and everyone is stupid, and they are going to force their unique mark on the world.
Sometimes they end up assassinating someone. Other times they perform non-lethal acts of aggression – pieing, glitter bombing, shoe throwing, and now, flag throwing.

Through previous experience, those who are allowed that close to the President submit their names, social security number and other IDs for security clearance prior to the event. I suspect the Capitol would be just as if not more stringent.
