10. Since Congress was too lazy and/or corrupt to impeach (and convict) Clinton and Obola (both clearly and unequivocally Traitors), you know President Trump (whom they simply dislike because he is unapologetically American) has nothing to fear.

11. Heh! I sure like the sentiment, but that wouldn’t work.
    Constitution Article II, Section 2:

    1: The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States; he may require the Opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any Subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices, and he shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.

    Too bad!

12. Well Uncle Al, that would present quite a conundrum for the Libs forcing them to actually follow the Constitution they seem to hate so much for once.

13. All this assumes that if the left is successful in removing the (constitutionally-elected) president from office, there isn’t an armed rebellion and general “house-cleaning” by the right.

16. First of all, an impeachment is not the equivalent to a removal from office. See W.J. Clinton’s impeachment for reference. Two separate things.

    I don’t see anything about pardoning or reprieving PDJT in the above scenario. Is that an assumption it’s needed, or is that an actual requirement in the mix? If not a requirement, doesn’t apply to above?
