  1. Coastal Ecuadorian cooking uses peanut butter in many recipes. I can make a pot of stuffed green plantain dumplings in beef stew (caldo de bolas de verde) fairly easily, after 30 some years of practice.

  2. I stir honey roast peanut butter sometimes with jam into oatmeal. I’ve been known to make peanut butter omelets, I put it on french toast or between waffles and scrambled eggs. I use the stuff on apples, etc. But that right there is just wrong.

  3. Brown up some bits of sausage then scramble an egg into it and make a little omelet. Top with a slice of cheese while you’re cooking the other side. Meanwhile, toast an English muffler and slap some peanut butter on each half. By now, the egg will be about done, you can make it into a breakfast sammich. I like to add some taco sauce.

Try some peanut butter on a tuna sandwich. It will keep the bread from getting all soggy.

    You’re welcome!
