  1. Good for him, though a bit tardy. Which is shorter- a statute of invitations or limitations?
Sounds like he is getting together a group of them. Not a big group, maybe that will be later. No, this is a ‘small group.’ Hmmm, that is a catchy name, and it is a wonder it hasn’t been used before.

  2. Like we need yet another chapter in the never ending parade of investigations to prove congress is impotent.

Fear not! All these congress critters sitting on their asses in the Hearing Room have large staffs. Whom are busy getting the latest legislation written by Wall Street ready for a vote.

They may look like ineffectual buffoons but their skilled staffs are still getting the important business of the Legislative Branch accomplished!

  3. Prepares subpoenas? PREPARES? These congressmen think we yokels haven’t figured out months ago what transpired and by whom. Like they’re dropping breadcrumbs and every new interview/hearing/subpoena threat is akin to Hitchcock’s Psycho and they’re trying to find the murderer.

    Get. On. With. It.

Or howzabout when 4/15 rolls around I tell the IRS I’m preparing to prepare my tax return.
