Strzok Fired – IOTW Report

Strzok Fired

Better late than never.

The FBI should be ashamed of themselves after congressional republicans revealed to the world how politically corrupt the law enforcement agency is.

Strzok’s lawyer said that his clients firing should be “deeply troubling” to the American public.

Wow, talk about being 180˚ out of phase.

Fox-

FBI official Peter Strzok, who played a lead role in both the Russian meddling and Hillary Clinton email probes but became a political lightning rod after the revelation of anti-Trump text messages, has been fired.

Strzok attorney Aitan Goelman said in a statement Monday that his client, a 21-year FBI veteran, was fired Friday afternoon, claiming this was a departure from standard practice and politically motivated. Goelman said the bureau’s deputy director “overruled” the FBI’s Office of Professional Responsibility.

“This decision should be deeply troubling to all Americans,” the attorney said.

  1. Held him until his “testimony-under-oath” (required by employment) was no longer needed.

Yeah. Your arrogance will only carry you so far, Petey. But I’m sure the GITMO guards will be glad to do the “lifting” for you soon.

  2. Dear Defense Attorney, Americans are in FACT deeply troubled. How could a boy and girl with hot pants suck $$ from us taxpayers? all the time drawing paychecks while they’re fornicating in a flophouse somewhere in DC? You all live in swamps and sties. Like snakes & pigs.

  3. Lois Lerner has be itching to fire up the blender so she and Peter can have margaritas and toast to the ass-raping of obedient Americans who funded their arrogant, ‘glamorous’ lives.

ESAD all you parasitic pustules that live off government !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What we tinfoil hat-wearing paranoids knew to be true, has yet to vindicated.

  4. I get the feeling the surviving deep state swamp creatures will be far more discrete in the future with their private communications. Strozk and Page were reckless with power as the blabbed away to each other, completely sure they would never be held accountable to anyone.

  5. Strozk is the kind of D.C. insider who has me worried about WH access and attempted assassination. He’s not the only one still there who seethes with POTUS Trump hatred. And, as we’ve seen, these guys and gals seem to sincerely believe they are fighting the Left’s “good fight” in which their actions are fully justified. The entire DOJ, FBI, CIA and all its permutations should be fired because they pose a national security threat of the highest order. There’s just no way at this point to ensure who the real good guys are and who aren’t. Chris Wray, for example, as well as Jeff Sessions — even though Trump appointees — are no exception. Both seem intent on obstructing any real house cleaning, protecting “their own”, and restoring the trust of those they are supposed to be serving. This has gone on way too long!

  6. @AbigailAdams, what you say is true. But if Barky Hussein was ‘hands off’ to prevent him from being a Martyr, then as God is my witness if they harm a single pretty orange hair on My President’s head,
THERE WILL BE HELL TO PAY!

Every American with any honor in their corpus should voice that statement.

The more the Swamp dicks around with Justice, the more vehement the eventual response should be. Who won’t avenge their loved ones who died for this country?!

No mercy for those who are trying to ‘tire’ us out. Not all of us are inattentive fruit flies.

  7. The radio news spots at the top and bottom of the hour report this as merely Strzok was fired for sending an anti-Trump tweet. That’s it.

I don’t have cable television, but I imagine tonight’s Media/PR-Firm narrative will be something like “This is an outrageous attack on Law Enforcement and Free Speech. This is tyranny, Trump is out of control. Many people, including GOPers, issued anti-Trump statements, why weren’t they subpoenaed? Fired over a tweet!”

Attorney General Jeff Sessions disclosed Thursday that FBI agent Peter Strzok no longer has his security clearance.

“Mr. Strzok as I understand has lost his security clearance,” Sessions stated during a radio interview on “The Howie Carr Show.”

The Hill has reached out to the Justice Department for further comment.

  9. @dirtball: I don’t think any of this is over, this is just a start. I wonder what Lisa Page told the investigators. I bet she spilled it all in order to hang on to her law license. That’s all she has going for her. I bet Peter’s wife kicks him to the curve if she hasn’t already. More is coming for sure! Be patient! BTW, I don’t think Lisa has a job at the moment – she’s too big of a liability. I want to see Comey stripped of his clearance as well. More to come for sure!

  10. “a departure from standard practice” Standard practice is just moving the deck chairs around so no one misses a paycheck, suffers embarrassment or gets jail time like a deplorable serf or Trump supporter (Paul Manafort) would normally see. A small stumble, but Strzok landed on his feet thanks to all his dear close friends still alive and well swimming in the undrained SWAMP!

Dr. Tar, I think Nellie Ohr’s HAM radio license was never fully explored. Or maybe it has, and the other shoe has yet to drop.

    Easey peasy.

“Have you ever sworn to follow orders? Whoever gives those orders? Whatever those orders are? As long as the letterhead looks good, and the checks clear?”

You already know the answer good — well, just not corrupt enough — people have.

  13. As an American citizen, I am concerned about former Agent Strzok’s firing.
I’m worried that I’ll get a cramp in my side from laughing at that TRAITOROUS P.O.S.’s finally getting what he deserves!!!

It’s a start. I’m patient enough to understand that the cesspool that’s been filling for 100 years has to be drained in a methodical process in order to succeed.

The only reason I have this patience is because I believe President Trump is sincere in his intention to Make America Great Again.
