I’m kinda with Heitkamp on this.
I watched most of the previous presidency with the sound off whenever he flapped his liver lips and I could tell he was a lying, arrogant asshole.
Not saying that Kavanaugh is a lying arrogant asshole, but much can be gleaned from watching people with the mute button on.
