Fort Worth police say a man accused of kidnapping a 6-year-old white girl from her home also raped her before she was found.
Police are trying to determine how the girl ended up in the woods at the end of a park with a 35-year-old man. Police are investigating if the girl was kidnapped from her home where she slept on the couch or if she walked away from the house and was taken Saturday morning.
Police have been going through the woods near a creek at Titus Park where the girl was found Saturday afternoon, about a mile from the girl’s home.
Police arrested Edis Moyà Alas. He’s been charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child and aggravated kidnapping. He also has an immigration hold. Police say Alas is in the U.S. illegally from El Salvador.
*Of course, Fort Worth is a ‘sanctuary city,’ though such criminal safe-havens have been officially outlawed throughout Texas.
Can not the parents with support from conservative law groups personally sue the Mayor, Chief of Police and all of city council as well as the city for complicity in her death. All these cities are merrily calling themselves sanctuary cities and oppose federal (and in some cases state law) and they have no legal right to do so. Where is the DOJ now that Sessions has been fired?

The Chief of Ft.Worth Police just resigned this week to become the Police Commissioner of Baltimore.
Too bad the illegal perp was found by the Texas po-po instead of the Texas father.

If she was my child, I would be bound to hunt down this son of a dog and kill him. I would take the consequences gladly and possibly get off due to a crime of passion. If not, I’s always know I did the right thing by my daughter.

I would not stop there. I would hunt down the mayor and chief of police and who ever else had a hand in the sanctuary city status abomination. They deserve a taste of justice, too.
