The song “Baby It’s Cold Outside” has been under attack by feminazis and SJWs. They maintain the lyrics depict a man coercing a woman, possibly by tainting her drink, into having sex.

According to Fox 8, WDOK Christmas 102.1 removed the tune after one listener called the radio station and suggested it’s not appropriate to play the 1940’s classic in 2018.

“It wasn’t really our decision,” WDOK host Desiray told the outlet. “It’s the decision of our listeners.”

“People might say, ‘Oh, enough with that #MeToo,’ but if you really put that aside and listen to the lyrics, it’s not something I would want my daughter to be in that kind of a situation,” she continued, explaining that the “the tune might be catchy, but let’s maybe not promote that sort of an idea.”

According to Fox 8, the Cleveland radio station said they conducted a poll on its website with the majority of voters in favor of removing the song. However, the results were not visible online, Fox 8 reported.

A separate poll on the radio station’s Facebook page did show results and they were quite different: 92 percent out of more than 600 voters were in favor of playing the song while 8 percent thought it was inappropriate.

Certainly sounds like the radio station is lying about their poll, like good leftist lemmings.

Even if this IS what the song is about, why would it be banned? It would simply be a song about a date rape. A fun, upbeat, seasonal date rape song.

We can handle it.

  7. If you want to ban another song, ban the sanctimonious, racist, bigoted liberal hymn “Do The Know Its Christmastime”. Listen to the words of it that call Africa dreadful, a place of doom, a place where nothing ever grows except fear and tears, where they are condemned to a place that is so cursed it gets no rain.

    After listening to that lyrics of that hate filled and depressing song who would ever want to live there? Who would think Africa is anything but a cursed “SHIT HOLE”?

  8. These people should probably watch Neptune’s Daughter. The duet originally written by a husband and wife to perform at Christmas parties for fun , remember fun, was featured in the movie . The first part is a man singing to a woman, it’s cute. The second part reverses it. It’s when the woman is singing it to the man that it gets a little uncomfortable if not “date rapey” on her part

  13. I don’t tolerate entities who like to think of themselves as 15 year old Politically Correct Hall Monitors!!
    In these days with so much competition with other radio stations, CDs, Satellite Radio, Internet Radio, records and tapes, this is suicide. WDOK is being mocked by other stations for pulling a stupid stunt like this.
