Alva Johnson’s story is as stupid as any other shakedown.
A woman who worked on Donald Trump’s campaign team is now suing him for what she calls his “sexually predatory conduct,” in a lawsuit filed Monday, according to the New York Daily News.
According to a lawsuit filed in the Middle District of Florida in Tampa, Alva Johnson claims Trump “violated norms of decency and privacy” by kissing her on the lips without her consent.
Johnson, a senior staffer from Alabama and member of the National Strike Team and Operations Administrative Director for Florida, said the unwanted kiss happened during a campaign event in Tampa on Aug. 24, 2016, in front of numerous campaign workers, including Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi.
Trump, Johnson and other campaign workers gathered in an RV to get out of the rain. As the Secret Service ushered Trump out, Johnson said she told Trump she had been on the road away from her family for months and encouraged Trump to “kick a–” on the campaign trail. Johnson said Trump grabbed her hand, told her she’s doing a great job, that he wouldn’t forget about her, and that he’d take care of her. At that moment, Johnson said he leaned in to kiss her. Johnson said she turned her head and the kiss landed on the corner of her mouth, according to the lawsuit.
The kiss, according to the lawsuit, made Johnson feel like “another object” of Trump’s unwanted sexual attention.

She was a Trump supporter, yet she immediately felt like “another object” of Trump’s unwanted sexual attention. She has this history catalogued in her head, that the guy is a serial sexual assaulter, but she supports him?

She said Bondi looked at her and smiled before leaving the RV. Bondi’s reaction, and that of another staffer made Johnson upset.

Johnson said she called her partner and her parents to tell them what happened, in tears.

Johnson claimed other staffers knew about the kiss and made jokes about it.
Because SHE TOLD THEM.
Johnson said one staffer called her the Florida team’s “secret weapon” since she received a kiss from Trump.
Johnson also said she experienced race and gender discrimination and received less pay than white employees on the campaign. Her lawsuit noted Trump has been harassing and assaulting women for the past four decades.
Again. When did she discover that Trump has been harassing and assaulting women for FOUR DECADES!!?? The campaign was well aware of opposition accusations during the run-up to the election, yet, Johnson still worked on behalf of the president.
Johnson said she met candidate Trump at a campaign rally in Birmingham. She said as she approached him, Trump looked her up and down before saying, “oh, beautiful, beautiful, fantastic.”
Did the president’s recent physical include an eye exam? I’m a little worried.
She said despite the uncomfortable encounter, she felt she could establish appropriate boundaries with Trump if she went to work for his campaign.
I do not trust women who are insulted by compliments. They should be avoided at all costs. They are insane.
Johnson said she called out sick and met with an attorney in West Palm Beach in Oct. 2016, days after the controversial Access Hollywood tapes surfaced. At the same time, campaign staffers had asked her to use her Trump connections to compile videos of women showing their support for Trrump. To her surprise, Johnson said she found women in support of Trump and who believed the tapes were doctored.
The tape didn’t need to be doctored. The tape, as is, documents a billionaire saying that when you have his kind of money, women will throw themselves at you. If the truth is offensive it’s your problem not the president’s.
According to the lawsuit, Johnson said she quit the Trump campaign in mid-October, moved out of campaign housing and changed her phone number. Her attorney in West Palm Beach, who initially said she had a good case, decided not to move forward with any lawsuit on her behalf. The decision, the firm said, had nothing to do with the merits of the case.
After Trump’s election, Johnson said in her lawsuit she feared getting caught up in a public conflict with Trump due to the backlash she might face.
