Whoever owns this company, he is cut from the same cloth as Trump.
A U.S. company is offering to build 234 miles of President Trump’s border wall for just $1.4 billion, a fraction of the $8 billion the Trump administration is hoping to use for that project.
Fisher Sand and Gravel Company’s President and CEO Tommy Fisher said the government is overpaying and that for $4.31 billion, he can build the wall and incorporate paved roads and border technology plus warranty.
“Our whole point is to break through the government bureaucracy,” Fisher told the Washington Examiner. “If they do the small procurements as they are now … that’s not going to cut it.”

As a guy that makes a living quoting Government shit, he must be using wet back labor. Not that there’s anything wrong with that when it comes to to the wall.
BB — Gotta remember something…gov’t spends about five times the amount you or I would shell out. Hammers, ash trays, pens and pencils. You gotta figure in the multi-million dollar conventions, training seminars and staff retreats everyone must attend annually. There’s also spoilage, mandatory sick days, sleeping and internet surfing, theft and lost inventory. And that’s before we even factor in incompetence, disgruntlement, and anti-Trumpism.
When I was in the Air Force, there wasn’t one senior NCO who didn’t have a full complement of straps, chains and devices (tie down equipment) in his personal vehicle or fifth wheel. I can just imagine all the creative ways government employees put our stuff to their own use. If they’re not selling it on Craigslist, that is.

If the workers are illegal, just have them work from the southern side. When the work is done problem solved.
I’d be careful with this unless the company has one hell of an amazing track record and the resources to guarantee. Because if one of very many contractors fails or does a bad job on a small portion of the wall, that’s rectifiable. Putting the entire project into one basket seems dangerous… one bankruptcy, one company to be attacked with lawfare… one breach of contract…
