I haven’t got 27 minutes to spend on cooking eggs.
Over-medium is my preferred choice. It’s ideal for eggs and bacon or as a topper for a burger. Of course I like deviled eggs or scrambled and a multitude of other ways. However, if anyone asks how I want my eggs, I will 98% of the time say, over-medium.

Next take a gallon of gas

Over easy, scrambled or boiled for me. Boiled eggs on salads, in potato salad, deviled eggs, egg salad.

my dad used to cook an egg, sunny-side up, take a slice of white bread, tear it into cubes, drop the bread & the egg in a tall glass, mix ’em up w/ a fork & eat it out of the glass … pretty good quick meal, actually
never seen anyone else ever do that … ‘course I don’t get out much
