  1. The problem with the stupid is that they aren’t smart enough to know they are stupid.

    Biden can’t see the problems with his own intellect for this reason.

    It takes quite a bit of knowledge to understand how little knowledge you have, it’s usually those with little knowledge that think they are the smartest ones around.
