Epoch Times:
Melania Trump announced on June 25 that her spokeswoman Stephanie Grisham has been picked to become the next White House press secretary.
The first lady made the announcement in a tweet, saying that Grisham, 42, will also become the White House communications director.
“I am pleased to announce StephGrisham45 will be the next PressSec & Comms Director! She has been with us since 2015 – potus & I can think of no better person to serve the Administration & our country. Excited to have Stephanie working for both sides of the WhiteHouse. #BeBest” Trump posted on Twitter.
President Donald Trump previously named Grisham as a potential candidate during a Fox & Friends earlier this month, where he described her as “terrific.”
Grisham, a fixture in the Arizona Republican Party, was one of Trump’s first hires during his presidential campaign—as a press aide in 2015. She served as a deputy press secretary in the White House when he took office in January 2017 and eventually was chosen to speak for the first lady.
Sanders’ principal deputy press secretary, Hogan Gidley, congratulated Grisham in a Twitter post. read more
Congratulations, Ms. Grisham! Please be sure to wear a good HAZMAT suit when mixing it up with the newsies. They fling feces.
But you already knew that!
From a few articles I’ve seen in the past, she can be pretty snippy on Twitter.
Heh.
Liberals have pounced already, accusing her of all sorts of things.
I mean, that’s a thing, right? ‘Liberals Pounce’?
She’s got some big highheels to fill but I’ve read she’s up to it.
I wish they’d left it vacant and told the so-called news agencies to pound sand.
I hope she has a keen wit to keep the propagandists (aka Sharks) media in line.
Once there is blood in the water, it is a more tedious job.
That particular position calls for a proctologist…
I read some comments on Twitter that the left is all butt-hurt that Melania made the announcement instead of President Trump.
WHAT?! Are you running out of things to complain about that you have to snit about THAT?
if she’s half as good as Sarah (best Press Secretary ever!) she’ll do fine
President Trump puts women into high-status jobs because he’s sexist and misogynist.
