Why are Democrats jeopardizing our relationship with our best ally in Africa?

Geller Report:

Since President Trump took office in the White House, the United States’ global policy has taken a 180º turn in order to fulfill the candidate Trump’s promise: “Make America Great Again”. It means fighting for U.S. interests first and making sure America’s security and relations with its closest allies, those who have always been on our side, are kept intact or stronger.

Unfortunately, sometimes the way the U.S. State Department works does not provide the best frame for Trump’s policy to develop, as it is closely guarded by a small army of Democrats that have infiltrated our foreign policy. Their goal is clear: implementing their own policy instead of the one that our President wants for our country. The difference is clear: on one hand, the Democrats didn’t win the 2016 elections and still want to decide, and on the other one, an elected President’s decisions are not applied not respected.

The case of Cameroon is somehow emblematic of the situation. For more than two years, our foreign policy has targeted this African country, despite any logic and the fact it has been one of our closest ally in West and Central Africa for decades. Not once has Cameroon missed an occasion to be on our side and stand with the USA. Still today, when China is literally buying the African continent, Cameroon is still on the United States’ side despite the fact that our Ambassador on the ground, Peter Barlerin, a well known Democrat activist, is been accused of supporting and organizing the opposition.

Fun fact: the US was the first country to congratulate Paul Biya when he was re-elected in last November.

But pressure and lobbying from some members of the Cameroonian diaspora on the Democrats are putting our relationship in danger, especially when it comes to fight terrorism. In the fight against global terrorism, Cameroon is also one of our closest as they are struggling against two enemies of different nature, but using the same means.

In the extreme-North region, the Cameroonian forces are fighting against the Islamic group Boko Haram who pledged allegiance to ISIS in 2015. With the help of the United States, an international task force has been in action to put down the terrorist organization. The war is still raging, especially in Nigeria, where the group is hiding, and using their territory as a base to launch deadly attacks. But with our support (financial and military), Boko Haram is now weak in Cameroon. read more

  1. Once you understand that Demonrats are all minions of Satan, it becomes quite clear why they do what they do.

Deny God (man is god, destroy Christianity)
Kill babies ( by the millions, especially minority babies)
    Promote every possible perversion
(now trending to incest and pedophilia to destroy morality )
Raise taxes ( kill the middle class)
Confiscate guns ( control the population)
Federalism of all healthcare ( control the population)
Free everything (destroy the family, control the population)
    Open boarders ( destroy sovereignty)
Climate change ( destroy the middle class, control the population)

If you understand these goals are satanic goals you understand all.

Replace him now, PDT. He’s a subversive menace, and you’re going to get the blame when he’s Benghazied. The Dems have been searching for an Ambassador Stevens Equivalency since you took office. Peter is ripe for their narrative.

  3. Paul Biya is no more a friend of the US than Kim or Maduro. The enemy of our enemy is not necessarily our friend. Biya fights Boko Haram because they are a threat to his power in the north.

Biya is a typical African dictator who has been propped up by France for over 40 years to assure French dominance in exploiting Cameroon’s natural resources.

The situation in Southern Cameroon is very complex. Biya’s policies and actions in the region are, as is typical of an African despot, genocidal. Unfortunately, because international support for anglophiles in Cameroon has been tepid at best, those who resist the Biya regime have become extremely radicalized, many of its leaders having been greatly influenced by Cuban emissaries to the region, back when Cuba was kicking butt in Angola.

Biya and the French are risking a regional conflict in their brutal response to the legitimate, and initially peaceful, protests in Southern Cameroon. The State Department should be critical of them.

As to support of the rebels, I would be quite circumspect in how I approached them. They have the potential to be as bad, or worse, as Biya. The better approach would be to push for general support of the population at risk, without playing kingmaker.

I understand Geller’s position regarding Islamic terrorism, but she has wandered outside her area of expertise here and relied on Biya propagandists in writing this article.
